To return an item, you must first check the store’s return policy and create a return label through the store’s website. Print the label and securely repackage the item. Returns can only be processed through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your package is ready, take it to the designated locker in the property. Scan the return label at the locker, and if it is accepted, the locker door will open so you can place your package inside.
After dropping off your package, you will receive a tracking notification. When the store receives your returned item, your refund will be issued according to the store’s return policy.
Once you drop off your return package in the locker, it will be collected by our logistics partner. Packages are picked up every Wednesday and delivered to the appropriate return location. You will continue to receive notifications from Parcel Pending until the package is successfully dropped off and processed.
No, the return service is currently offered at no cost to residents. You can drop off your packages at the locker without any additional charges. Please note that this may change in the future, and any updates will be communicated in advance.
