An open locker network enables multiple delivery service providers or carriers to access and utilise the same network of lockers for package delivery and pickup.
Unlike closed systems limited to specific carriers, an open network allows different delivery companies to deliver packages to the lockers, regardless of their specific affiliations. This provides convenience to recipients who receive packages from various delivery companies, as they can conveniently deposit all their parcels in the same locker system for easy collection. An open network parcel locker system promotes seamless collaboration among different carriers, streamlining the package delivery process for recipients.
We have a host of different locker locations, both indoor and outdoor. Typically, our lockers are found outside convenience stores, petrol stations, and train stations, or inside retail stores. We’re always looking for new locations, so please contact us using the form below if you’d like to join our network.
No problem, we’ve got you covered with our brand-new award winning returns solution, which allows users to print shipping labels directly from a built-in label printer on the lockers. Once the label is printed, users can follow the on-screen instructions to deposit their return.
Our lockers are fully robust, made of steel construction, and equipped with image capture for added security. Access is fully automated and requires a unique one-time PIN code or barcode which is sent directly to the recipient.
No problem. You never have to worry about fixing anything that goes wrong with the lockers, as we have a fully staffed support team that can be deployed anywhere our lockers are located-and there is no cost to you.
