Recently Quadient conducted a survey to gain insight into how peak shopping periods affect consumers’ shopping habits. The survey highlighted that 80% of consumers shopped online at least once a month throughout 2021, with the average consumer shopping online once a week! The survey also highlighted that the use of click-&-collect services is growing.
