Parcel Pending is proud to announce the hire of three new Regional Sales Directors:
- Naomi Bailey, Regional Sales Director, Southern California
- Alison Thomas, Regional Sales Director, Georgia
- Angela Bighinatti, Regional Sales Director, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia
“We’re thrilled to welcome Naomi, Alison and Angela to the Parcel Pending team. With 20 years of deep real estate experience between the trio, I’m confident that they’ll help us address and navigate the fast-growing demand for our multifamily locker solutions,” stated Lori A. Torres, CEO and Founder of Parcel Pending.
Over the past two years, online shopping has increased parcel volume by 48 percent and this trend shows no signs of stopping. As a result, today’s time-crunched property managers are seeking a quick, easy and secure way to manage the surplus of daily resident packages and deliveries. That is where Parcel Pending’s Multifamily locker solutions come into play.
“Parcel Pending’s Multifamily locker solutions remove the chaos of package management by assuming all customer service responsibility for package delivery, notification and retrieval,” stated Thomas. “In my role, I will focus on raising awareness of how our lockers enable property owners to increase responsiveness to residents, provide better service and reduce operating costs.”
“Parcel Pending offers a viable package management solution for property managers and I’m eager to put my eight years of multifamily experience into action at Parcel Pending,” stated Bighinatti. “I look forward to representing Parcel Pending in my region and growing our partnerships with multifamily customers.”
“It’s an honor to rejoin such a fantastic team,” commented Bailey. “I was one of only nine employees four years ago and it’s been exciting to watch the company grow by leaps and bounds. Everyone at Parcel Pending is passionate about serving our customers and solving the growing package management problem. I look forward to collaborating with our sales team to bring full service attention to our valued customers.”
