Quadient Partners with Qeepl to Expand Global Traveller Access to its Open Locker Network Worldwide

Quadient has partnered with Qeepl, a fast-growing global luggage storage service operating across more than 1,200 cities worldwide. This collaboration will provide travellers with convenient, secure and flexible luggage storage services through Parcel Pending by Quadient lockers in high-footfall locations.

Qeepl connects travellers with short-term luggage storage options through an easy-to-use digital booking platform with multilingual support. Quadient’s smart open locker network is already live for Qeepl customers in the UK and France, with Japan scheduled to go live in April.

For Quadient, the partnership enhances the expansion of services through its open locker network. Parcel Pending by Quadient lockers operate as shared, 24/7 access points for deliveries, returns, and secure item storage. The network supports a range of services, including prescription collection, retail click-and-collect, key exchange, and parts storage.

Through Qeepl’s platform, the network will also offer on-demand luggage storage. Travellers gain a practical alternative to carrying bags between check-in and check-out, on day trips, and during multi-city travel.

“Access to Quadient’s open locker network allows us to accelerate our growth while maintaining the flexibility that defines our service,” said Roman Saulin, CEO, at Qeepl. “By integrating smart lockers into our global platform, we can offer travellers more choice, greater security and a seamless digital experience, particularly in high-demand city locations.”

“Expanding our open locker network to travel partners such as Qeepl shows our infrastructure’s versatility and scalability,” said Katia Bourgeais-Crémel, Director of Lockers Automation Europe at Quadient. “Our carrier-agnostic, open-access model supports multiple services beyond parcel delivery. Secure, API-driven integration lets partners accelerate deployment. This brings high-value services, like luggage storage, to convenient urban locations with high foot traffic.”

Quadient is expanding its smart locker network across key markets in the US, Japan, and Europe. With over 27,000 units currently installed worldwide, the company is well on its way toward its long-term objective of deploying 40,000 by 2030.
