As a package management solution provider, the safety of resident packages is our number one priority. Amid ongoing concerns about COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we anticipate that you or your residents may begin working and attending classes from home. We understand that, because of this, you may be ordering or receiving more packages than usual to accommodate this change.
We want to assure you that we are monitoring this situation very closely and share a few ways to support you during this time.
- Our office, including our courier relations team, is fully staffed and ready to assess and manage this situation as it progresses.
- Our 24/7 customer care department is available to ensure the continued service and support that we have always provided.
We also want to remind you that there are two ways to open our lockers without using the touchscreen:
- Barcode: Scan the barcode included in your Parcel Pending delivery notification to open your locker door without having to use the touchscreen.
- Parcel Pending Mobile App: Download the Parcel Pending mobile app (available for download on the App Store or Google Play Store); by scanning the barcode or pushing the button in the app notification, your locker door will open without having to use the touchscreen.
We have recommended that all properties follow the CDC’s guidelines for public spaces to clean the touchscreen and keypad regularly. For more information, please consult the CDC’s full list of guidelines for cleaning and disinfection and their list of approved disinfectants.
As part of a federal critical infrastructure sector, we are unaffected by any “Shelter in Place” or “Safer at Home” orders. We remain fully staffed and will continue to support you for all of your package-related needs.
