Introducing Self-Service Phone Support Options

Parcel Pending is excited to announce that our customer support line can now assist you with account updates without needing to speak to a representative. Our new automated phone system provides quick and efficient support, allowing you to spend less time on the phone and more time doing the things you love.  

Here are the account updates you can make quickly and easily with our new automated phone system:  

  • Register for Parcel Pending: Our automated phone system will walk you through the registration process and ensure your account is ready for you to start receiving packages without interruption.  
  • Close your account: Closing your account with the automated phone system is easy. You’ll be asked to provide your move-out dates, and we’ll take care of the rest! 
  • Set up vacation mode: Going on vacation? No problem! When prompted, simply provide your vacation dates, and they will be logged into our system automatically. You will not incur any fees for packages left in the lockers during this time.
  • Mark a package as picked-up: If you receive a notification to pick up a package after you’ve already picked it up, our automated phone system allows you to mark the package as picked up, ensuring that it is properly accounted for and that you will not incur any late fees. 

Please note that, in order to use the system, you must call from the phone number you have listed on your account. We hope our new automated phone system provides you with the support you need, and we encourage you to utilize it to its full potential.
