As a trusted partner to multifamily communities across North America, the safety of resident packages is our number one priority. Amid ongoing extreme winter weather, we understand that communities in severely impacted areas have lost or may lose power. We also understand that, because of this, you may not be able to accept or access deliveries using our lockers.

We want to assure you that we are monitoring this situation very closely and share a few ways we can support you during this time:

  • Our customer success team is working closely with impacted properties to ensure residents are not charged storage fees for the duration of these outages.
  • Our customer care department is available 24/7 to provide service and support to residents in impacted areas.
