But with COVID-19 cases still on the rise in many parts of the U.S., multifamily properties need to be mindful of safely reopening amenities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep current and prospective <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tenants<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> happy while also adhering to federal and state guidelines by following our tips for how to safely reopen amenities:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Outdoor Amenity Spaces<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Summertime is all about being outdoors but it is important to be sure the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apartment<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> community provides <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">residents<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with a safe outdoor <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">space<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and environment during the pandemic.
