As e-commerce continues to grow, home delivery is increasingly contributing to safety concerns in neighbourhoods. As a result, communities are calling for more sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives.<\/p>\n

This infographic<\/a> draws results from our survey of 2,000 UK adults aged 18 and over conducted in May 2023.<\/p>\n

  • 31%<\/strong> of consumers want to reduce deliveries for economic and environmental reasons, but don’t have an alternative<\/li>\n
  • 42%<\/strong> say the number of delivery vehicles each day makes their neighbourhood less safe<\/li>\n
  • 35%<\/strong> are more worried about parcel theft now than 3 years ago<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
