With online shopping booming, amenities like parcel lockers help multifamily <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">developments<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> stay relevant and boast a competitive upper-hand.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>It\u2019s all about personalization. <\/strong>The Huffington Post notes that <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">residents<\/span> crave customization in every area of their lives.
