Comfy chairs, bright colors, snacks, games, and other distractions can help them take their mind off of work for a few minutes, recharge, and get back in the game. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add Some Plants<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While you might think that plants are merely decorative, multiple studies have shown that plants in an office not only improve the air quality but also provide various psychological benefits. A 2014 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3072911\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">study by the University of Exter<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> discovered that plants increased employee productivity by 15%.
