As such, it&#8217;s not surprising that the ICSC reported <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">88% of consumers prefer to shop with retailers who have both physical stores and a robust online presence. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumers enjoy the convenience of online shopping, but also like the ability to easily (and cost-effectively) make returns or exchanges at a nearby brick-and-mortar location<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><sup>4<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The same applies to order pick-up. A <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">customer<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in a hurry might prefer the convenience of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">curbside pickup<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and having a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">product<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> delivered directly to their <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vehicle<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
