- Develop and execute strategy to grow new and existing business in key regions.
- Leverage existing relationships with key multifamily contacts while actively prospecting top accounts to prospect new business and progress opportunities.
- Drive awareness with key decision makers and influencers within multi-family, enhancing growth and market share within the region.
- Willingness to attend and/or assist in executive level sales meetings.
- Cultivate strong and effectual relationships with your team, resulting in growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal Sales team to help strategize and execute plan to close existing business in the pipeline.
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust sales/marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
